Her schedule was too full to assist me. The home I was interested sold before my appointment. I should have called another realtor to show the home instead of waiting to be fitted into her full schedule.

Heather Roberts is everything I could have ever asked for in an agent! We bought our first home with her help in 2009. When we were looking to purchase again,there was no doubt who I would call. Heather was very knowledgeable of the buying process of a foreclosure. This was my first property to buy that was a foreclosure so was very helpful to have an agent that was very experienced and explained process to me so I knew what to expect.

Heather is AMAZING! She showed us probably 30 homes over three weeks while we narrowed down our choices and then walked us through the entire process from finding a loan officer to a home inspector. She never complained, not once and she never acted like our three children were a burden when they came with us on showings. We Love Heather! She Rocks and WE LOVE OUR NEW HOME!
