I had absolutely no intentions of buying a house. I am now a homeowner!! I decided to google a house that I'd been driving past, that had a for sale sign. It turned out to be a house listed by Scott and we set an appointment for the next day, which is the day we met. My first impression of Scott, was how personable he was, and the fact that he seemed like he was really paying attention to my likes and dislikes, concerns, and especially my distaste for old, "scary" basements! Unlike my previous encounters with realtors, who seemed like "used car salesmen," I felt that Scott was genuinely interested. He offered to set me up with a daily listings email of houses for sale in my price range! I liked that idea, because I like seeing things for myself and knowing what I might be walking into! The first house became my baseline for looking at places, as I had fallen in love with it. But we looked at lots of places, of which I am glad, as I ended up finding an even better house! Scott made sure that I could go see as many houses as I wanted to! Through out the whole purchase process, he was a lot of help, had lots of advice and was just a great support! I truly feel that he had my best interests at heart at all times! In my definitely biased opinion, Scott is the person to call if anyone has a house to sell or wants to find the perfect house! He will be there every step of the way!
