Anna Kate was very helpful with selling my house. When I needed help finding a handyman and roofer she was right on it and got someone reputable fast! I also needed someone to clean the house in a short time and she found someone for that too. I couldnt have done everything that needed to be done without her help and expertise! Thanks a million Anna Kate!

Anna Kate is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us find our house. I highly recommend her if you're serious about buying or selling! She will be our preferred agent in Montgomery for years to come.

Anna Kate is professional, organized, and maintains great networks to ensure your home is in top-top shape for your buyers! She and her assistant helped us to ensure our home was staged beautifully. Our home sold quickly, and the process was as painless as possible.

Could not have had a better experience!! There was already a contract offered but I got the house!! Thats how good she is!! Shes prompt, returns phone calls quickly and knows the market very well, having grown up in Montgomery. If I could give her 20 stars, I would!

We found Anna Kate through Zillow. She responded to my late night email almost immediately. We were not in the local area while we were building our home, and she was awesome with driving by our build site every week to get photos to send to us. Anytime I had a question she either knew the answer already, or got right to work trying to find it. Anna Kate goes above and beyond for her clients, and I would 1000% use her again.
