Scarlett Tamburro was introduced to me through a mutual friend, who knew I was about to put a property up for sale and was in need of an agent. I met with Scarlett and was immediately impressed with her. Her presentation of herself was outstanding. She listened to what my plan was while never interrupting. I had expressed to her my desire to flip the property as soon as possible. She came with me to view the property and you could see that she immediately began to process what she was seeing. I explained I didn't what the property advertised on line nor did I want signage in front of the location. Immediately she conveyed that she knew some contractors who might be interested. Within several days Scarlett called and informed me that she had a buyer. What an outstanding agent! At no time did I have to involve myself with the contractor nor the negotiating process. I highly recommend Scarlett Tamburro and would not hesitate to call her in the future.

Invited us to open houses this next weekend, agreed to send regular email listings in our areas of preference and completed a quick analysis of our assets versus next steps. Very congenial young professional with obvious poise and expertise beyond what I expected. She seems patient and willing to work with us long term in a low key fashion.
