I am so glad that I was able to work with Kelsey Oxendine to find a house! I felt comfortable with her right away and it was a pleasure working with her. She worked hard to search for properties that met my needs while staying in my budget, graciously worked with my less-than-ideal schedule, and patiently answered my many, many questions. She kept my spirits up when I got discouraged, and went out of her way to make this a painless experience. I can't believe how quickly we were able to find my new home! We had a short closing, but she was able to get contractors out there on very short notice to provide quotes for repairs that were needed to help me negotiate the final offer price. Kelsey is very dedicated, honest, and diligent. She actually cares about her clients - I never once felt like I was just another commission. Even long after the closing, she checks in to make sure things are going well and that I am happy with my new home. I recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
