Adirondack Realty Group, LLC

I can honestly say Barbie did an amazing job finding us a home, teaching us, giving us options along the way. She treated us like family and thats beyond what I expected when I ventured into the process. She will help you find more than a roof with walls she ll find you a home

Barbie went above & beyond to get us our dream home! Shes an absolute doll and is very responsive, knowledgeable & helpful. We would surely use her again!

Barbie was AMAZING. By pure luck we were put in contact with a great realtor. She is very knowledgeable about the lake area. She was very helpful answering any questions we had. She went above and beyond for us as we are not local to area and she was our on-site contact for our home inspection. Having someone you can trust while you are 3 hours away is a very calming. The home we purchased had a crazy buying process. Barbie helped us the original offer, to having a multiple offer where we had to present best and final, then begin outbid and finally to a call from Barbie that the other buyer fell through and the home is back on the market. This house was truly meant to be ours and we have Barbie to thank for helping us get it.

Barbie is a wonderful broker. She has the qualities that make her very effective. She has excellent knowledge of both the Adirondacks and the Lake George real estate market. She did a great job of listening to our needs and did not waste our time showing us things that did not meet our requirements. She knows her stuff! She helped us strategize and negotiate our bids, and was extremely responsive to questions, sometimes even emailing us or returning calls well after aEURoehoursaEUR?. She shows great attention to detail and was very specific in the our contract wording, making certain we had a timely close. One deal fell through due to a very greedy seller and unscrupulous broker, but it all worked out in the end because it led us to our perfect home. I highly recommend Barbie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Barbie was an excellent realtor! I would strongly recommend her to any buyer or seller looking for a realtor. She is thoughtful, patient and had my best interest as I went through the home buying process. Barbie is extremely knowledgeable about the area. I was a first time home buyer and she made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Barbie for future real estate transactions.
