Adirondack Premier Properties

Purchasing a home and moving is considered one of lifes greatest stressors for good reason. You cannot find a real estate professional better qualified to keep the process running smoothly toward the finish line than Katie Fisher. One needs his/her chosen agent to deeply understand the local market, to determine if a property needs more TLC and cash than youre willing to provide, and to have local tradespeople and the army of legal and financial characters who get involved on her phones speed dial. Why is Katie special? She goes beyond all the above. Its apparent from the starting gate that she cares that a home meets as many of your needs and desires as possible aEUR" so that youll be as happy as possible! Shes not just capable. She is hard-working, attentive to details, incredibly responsive, and a pleasure with whom to spend time. Katie has left the realtors with whom I worked on previous purchases in her dust.

Kathleen did an excellent job selling our property. We would recommend her highly and without reservation to anyone seeking a real estate agent in our area. She was always available to us to answer questions and give advice. She worked very hard to get our property sold and did an outstanding job negotiating for us. We couldn't be happier with the results. Kathleen is an exceptional real estate agent.

From the beginning of the home sellers process, I knew I was in the hands of a professional with a unique set of skills. I learned to appreciate her knowledge of the Wilmington NY area, and what prospective residents to the area are looking for. This brought our family a very smooth and pleasant experience.

Spent the past couple months with Katie and I'm so glad we did. Ended up with a beautiful little lake house that was just perfect for us. Katie went above and beyond her duties as an agent. It was truly a pleasure working with her. You can tell she really likes her job and unfortunately these days its hard to find anyone who even knows how to do their job let alone enjoy doing it. Everybody else involved in our house buying process was such a pain to deal with but not Katie. I can honestly say that if we didn't have Katie on our side that we would not have made it through this process. Thanks for all your help Katie.

Katie helped us find our new home in NY state while we were still living out-of-state. We were searching over a large area of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain region, with some unique requests as we wanted to live and run a business on the same property. Katie was super-helpful, friendly, accessible, and very knowledgeable. She was a great advocate for our interests and we always felt well taken care of. We are so happy with our real estate purchase, and had a wonderful experience working with Katie!
