Renee kept me very well informed through the entire sale the house was listed on a Friday and Renee called me on Sunday with an offer. Then on Wednesday Renee called with a better offer which I accepted after that the inspection brought up a few issues which we were able to work out together. All of the paper work was handled as E-Mail due the fact I was an out of town seller and had never done anything like that before Renee was very helpful and patience with my lack of experience with the process. At the closing Renee went over the closing statement with me and explained everything all in all I consider myself lucky to have Renee on my side.
