Rude unprofessional, complete lack of customer service, waste of time. Do not recomend him or his team as listing agent under no circumstances. Asked him to be my listing agent, he went saw my property and simply ignored me for a whole week. Had to track down his associate just to get notified that hes not interested in listing my property. Devin Conway is the agent who assisted my family in purchasing our lovely house in Dunlap, Illinois. I must confess that the process took longer than expected; however, it was not due to the negligence of Devin but my bankers. The good thing is that Devin negotiated and kept the deal hot even when the sellers were unsure whether to rescind the contract and sell the house to someone else. She convinced the seller to rent the house to us, and we moved in when the process was still grinding on slowly. At the end of the day, my bank provided the loan, we closed on the house, and every party was satisfied. It takes skill and great negotiating power to pull this through.
