Active Agent Realty LLC

It was a real pleasure working with a competent professional who made this an effortless transaction for me. He smoothly negotiated a sale, handled the particulars and limited my involvement to signing the bottom line. Thank you, John

John was very helpful with the purchase of our home. He even sent us names of local insurance, inspection, and other local businesses that we would need to be completely ready to move into our home. I would highly recommend John as your realtor when you are ready to start looking to buy a home in Citrus County.

John was great to work with. He knows his real estate. I brought a house using him, very easy transaction. I sold a house using him and he sold my house within a week. They always followed up with emails. John worked well with the other agents and made sure we were all happy with the out come. John and his staff were fantastic!!!! John was on time for all appointments. I highly recommend John, he is the best!!!!Thank you,Deloris Starling

John was very thorough , knowledgeable and responsive. He was always ready to go above and beyond and did just that. He exceeded our expectations on so many levels, would highly recommend him.

John was amazing. He spent time taking "drone" photos of the inside and outside of our home. In 4 days we had 12 offers. We accepted one that we all agreed was the best for us. John is very professional and made the closing easy. . He will do his very best and always returns phone calls promptly.
