There were extra fees that the title company tried to throw in, to which he contacted them and had them remove. He has a team that is knowledgeable and contacts you back. The process can be slow and then all of a sudden fast paced, Troy was able to slow it down for me so I didnt feel rushed and made the decision that I wanted.
