I enjoyed working with Adam a great deal. He was very responsive and kept things simple. I appreciated that he was willing to give his recommendations when asked on how to handle various aspects in the process. I also appreciated that he was willing and able to communicate in whatever fashion was needed to keep things moving. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Adam was incredible. Was up front of what would likely occur as we went through the process and nailed everything that came up, good and bad, setting perfect expectations. Responded to any inquiries same day. We looked up our condo a week later and found he ended up selling our condo for a price $12,000 above what a extremely similar unit sold for during the same time period of our buying process.

I would highly suggest Adam Poehlman as a realtor. As a couple we brought a lot of requests to the table, and he successfully filled a good portion of them. Adam is knowledgeable and was able to work without a lot of face to face contact in a challenging time. We are happy to say we love our home, and we can thank him for that. :)

When researching an agent I wasn't sure what to expect. Adam Poehlman was recommended by friends and he didn't disappoint. He provided excellent suggestions on preparing our property before going on the market and let us know what to expect once the process began. Our property sold quickly and he always went the extra mile to not allow us to be taken advantage of by buyers. If you're looking to buy/sell I couldn't recommend Adam more. 10 out of 10!
