A-Squared Real Estate

David was just a dream to work with. We were in a tight spot and wanted to sell quickly and David was able to accommodate our timeline all while being super supportive, knowledgeable and fun. He was able to get way over asking price for our home and I owe this to his strong negotiating skills and superb communication. He is so easy to work with and doesnt have that aEURoesalesaEUR? demeanor I often find off putting with realtors. His attention to detail and aesthetic understanding of what really makes a home beautiful and unique also stood out to me. Hes the only Realtor in Denver that we would recommend to other people. Thank YOU David!

It was pure luck that I found Mike, and what a happy accident it was! I trust him 100%. He went above and beyond so many times, and in various ways. No pressure and tons of patience from Mike. He helped my son and me find the perfect home for our needs. Hes a great negotiator, incredibly thorough, experienced, and very knowledgable. I wouldnt hesitate to refer him to anyone looking for a home in the Denver area, and I hope he can help me again should I ever be in the market to buy or sell in beautiful Colorado. Hes the best of the best on every level!

We met David at an open house in Sunnyside with the original plan to stay in the area when we bought a house. When our plans changed and we decided to move up our home buying timeline and move to Louisville, CO instead, we still chose David as our realtor and we are so happy we did. He was fantastic to work with, communicative, and dedicated to making sure we ended up happy. Would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a realtor in the Denver metro.

Jason delivered on every glowing review that led us to him. My husband and I just closed on our home at the end of May, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better guide through the process. Jason drove all over the Denver area with us from Arvada to Cherry Creek, the Highlands, Sloan's Lake, Golden, and everywhere in between, without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We were able to set our own pace and he was always responsive and very easy and fun to work with. He was patient, straightforward, and pointed out things we never would have known to look for on our own. When we hit some tricky, unexpected situations during our home buying journey, he gave us the information and perspective we needed to make tough decisions while always making us felt supported and that he had our best interest at heart. This stressful process felt manageable and fun, and that says a lot about who Jason is to work with. If/when the time comes for us to sell or buy again, he'll be our first call!
