A Smart Move Realty

Nicole was the perfect agent. Took care of everything over the phone or online. Answered every question, and even when we had something strange come up that she had never seen before, she got it taken care of. And bonus, I never had to deal with my ex because she took care of everything.

Nicole is amazing! That is the only word that can describe her professionalism, her knowledge, her expertise, her friendliness, her competence, everything about her makes you feel secure and aware of how she handled the sale of our home! She outdid herself and her thoroughness and and responsiveness to any questions or concerns were addressed and taken care of. Her personality and friendliness were captivating by us and we consider her a dear friend for life. Her negotiation skills were excellent as she steered through some bumps in the closing process and she was clear and understandable as she explained every bit of the process of each step in selling our home. We would recommend her without hesitation to our family and friends.

Nicole was wonderful to work with, very responsive and showed us many homes until found the one for us. She also got our home sold in 3 days with multiple offers. Highly recommend Nicole!

We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent! From the very beginning, Nicole made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. She was always quick to answer any questions we had, no matter how big or small, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Whenever a house we were interested in came on the market, she responded right away and did everything she could to arrange a viewing as quickly as possible. We never felt like we were missing out on an opportunity because she was always one step ahead. She was incredibly easy to work with, genuinely friendly, and made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable. Her knowledge and experience really stood outaEUR"she knew exactly what to look for when viewing homes and pointed out potential issues we would have never noticed ourselves. We always felt like she had our best interests at heart. We're so grateful for all of her hard work and dedication, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for making this such a great experience!
