From our initial phone call to after closing she had answer every and all questions Ive had as a first time home buyer. She made the process super easy and not stressful at all. I would not recommend working with Hecmary Diaz based on my experience. My biggest issue was communication. I often felt like I was left waiting for responses or updates, and I had to follow up multiple times to get basic information. Buying a home is already stressful, and poor communication makes the process much more frustrating than it needs to be. Overall, the lack of communication and the experience with the lender recommendation made the home-buying process more stressful than it needed to be. I'm leaving this review so other buyers know to pay close attention to communication and make sure they feel comfortable with the professionals theyre working with before moving forward
