I have a lot at Beech Mountain, NC. I contacted Caroline as she had an ad on the Zillow website for that area. We emailed a couple of times about her listing my lot. She was to get back with me after checking out the lot. Caroline failed to follow up with me. I realize there are many lots for sale and very low commission potential, but at least a response to that should have been made. I listed the lot myself on Zillow at a very attractive price(125 Shagbark).

We recently purchased a home on Beech Mountain. In September we met Caroline Schorr and were given the lowdown on Beech real estate and Beech living. She then spent two days showing us several properties; we left with a good understanding of what we wanted and what was doable. After a couple of weeks we had basically decided on a property and another as our second choice. We returned to visit those properties and looked at a couple of others. We decided on our first choice and put a contract on that property; Caroline helped us understand how things are done on Beech and she helped with our negotiations and inspections. In the end, after a long VA mortgage-related waiting period we closed on our home. Thanks to Caroline, we are convinced we got the best property we could get at the best price. We are very happy with the end result and look forward to sharing a glass of wine with Caroline at the club.
