I would work with JoDee 1000x over. She helped us purchase our house, and helped us sell it a year later during a time when selling a home in Dickinson was very hard. She connected with me on a personal level, understanding my anxieties and explaining everything she could to keep my detailed oriented brain from overload. In such a hard time of our lives she was a pure joy to work with. She is a local to the area so understands the market and knows the good and the bad about Dickinson, which made me more than comfortable to take her advice. It sometimes takes her a bit to respond but that is just because she is a very busy lady doing her best to make all of her clients dreams come true...and she always finds time to stay in touch even if it is after bedtime. We had many conversations about the sale of our home while I suspect she was already in bed! I say all of that to say this: hire her. You will not regret it.
