ZillowVERIFIEDIf there were 10 stars, I'd give JoDee and her team 20! This had been the most amazing experience! Selling and buying a home can be a very stressful time, but with JoDee it was so smooth, organized and completely stress free. Her communication and ability to keep you updated and informed is like none other, you always know what steps are next. She is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your best interests. JoDee goes above and beyond in every aspect, and her team mirrors that same level of dedication and care. I truly couldnt have asked for a better experience. I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Jodee was amazing. We moved to another state and needed to sell fast. Within 2 months she had our home listed and sold. She was very responsive, and answered all our questions we had. With us being in another state we did most communication through email, text and call.

ZillowVERIFIED I would work with JoDee 1000x over. She helped us purchase our house, and helped us sell it a year later during a time when selling a home in Dickinson was very hard. She connected with me on a personal level, understanding my anxieties and explaining everything she could to keep my detailed oriented brain from overload. In such a hard time of our lives she was a pure joy to work with. She is a local to the area so understands the market and knows the good and the bad about Dickinson, which made me more than comfortable to take her advice. It sometimes takes her a bit to respond but that is just because she is a very busy lady doing her best to make all of her clients dreams come true...and she always finds time to stay in touch even if it is after bedtime. We had many conversations about the sale of our home while I suspect she was already in bed! I say all of that to say this: hire her. You will not regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED We first connected with JoDee a year or so before we were ready to sell. She gave us advise on how to best spend money on updates. When we were ready to sell, she came back and pointed out a couple of things we should take care of before selling. In preparation for listing the house, she took amazing pictures for the listing. Our house went on the market around 3 pm on a Wednesday. We had two showings that evening and both parties put in offers. JoDee advised us as to which she thought was the better offer. We countered and the house went under contract 28 hours after it was listed. JoDee stayed in touch and made sure the inspection and appraisal were done in a timely manner. The sale went very smoothly. We would definitely use JoDee again if we had another house to sell in the Dickinson area!

ZillowVERIFIED As a homebuyer, no matter how many times you go through the process, it is always nerve-wracking and stressful. JoDee made sure to ease all of these stresses for us! On top of being one of the sweetest person we have ever met, she is a top notch realtor. She always made sure to answer all of our questions, explained things we didn't understand and was always willing to work around our busy schedules even though it was inconvenient for her at times. She even showed up to our closing with home warming gifts in hand! We highly recommend hiring JoDee! We would work with her time and time again and already plan on hiring her as our listing agent when we move again. Thank you JoDee!

ZillowVERIFIED She was very knowledgeable about what areas to stay away from as far as raising a family and having little frustration with late night shananagans. When I finally decided on a house to buy she was very helpful as to what should be in the contract and with the government shut was very good at keeping me informed as to what my next steps were.

ZillowVERIFIED JoDee is hands down the nicest and most knowledgeable realtor we have ever worked with. This is not our first home buying experience and we have gone through this stressful journey in 4 different states from Nevada to Nebraska and JoDee is who you want to navigate this for you. Not only is she a local from this area but she knows everyone in town which makes it very nice to understand the neighborhoods and the locations of the potential homes you are looking at. She is all about family and understands the importance of finding a home that meets your familys needs. She also is a dog lover and that makes her even better!!! Go with JoDee you will not regret it!!! Aaron Robinson

ZillowVERIFIED Jody worked hard to get us into are home. She also advised on homes she would not think that were going to work for us. She worked hard with the lender to get us a good deal and helped find local people to help with repairs and other things that needed to be done. I only wish she had a helper as busy as she is. If. I'm on dialysis and she would come to the hospital to have my look over things and sign papers. If I move or buy an other place in the area I'll use Jodee.

ZillowVERIFIED Jodee was very good to work with, she understood that with my work schedule it was hard for me to take care of some of the things involved. Jodee went out of her way to take care of things that ultimately were not her responsibility. All of this was with very little sales commission compensation.

If we were still in town there is no one else we would even think about using as a Realtor.

Sold in laws home and was very persistent from listing it to closing the deal. Always kept parties informed of what was happening with the sale, which was very appreciated. Also helped with a land deal.
