Cannot recommend Alex highly enough! When we first spoke to him, he took time to understand our unique situation and what are needs were. He then sent us lots of options to explore. Through the entire process, he was very responsive; every time we wanted to set up viewings, Alex had them scheduled asap and was quick to work with listing agents to resolve any issues with scheduling. He was very flexible in his communication as well, whether we needed to reach him via phone, text, or email. I think the thing I appreciated the most about working with him was his ability to go at whatever speed we wanted. He always emphasized that there was no pressure and we never did feel pressured at all. While we were looking at houses, he was always available to schedule or talk about anything, but never aggressive or pushy. He always seemed to know the right amount to check-in. Once we were ready to move forward with an offer, Alex was very quick to jump into action. He was invaluable in the process of setting up the offer, negotiating with the sellers and making sure we knew where we were at and what we needed to do every step of the way. He was very communicative with our lender as well to make sure everyone on our team was on the same page. We had a relatively tight turnaround from offer to closing but Alex handled it with ease and never made us feel like we were in anything but the safest of hands. He has also reached out a couple of times since closing just to make sure everything is going well. As first-time homebuyers, we were so lucky to have Alex as our agent and could not recommend him highly enough!!! If we ever need to do another real estate transaction in Austin, I hope Alex will be available to help us again.
