Julie is a great realtor and is very informative and knowledgeable. She sold our previous home for us during the uncertainty of the housing market during COVID. After our house was sold, we moved out of state and when we decided to possible relocate to Longview, we immediately contacted her because of her professionalism, outstanding work ethic, and knowledge. Julie goes above and beyond for her clients. She answered all of our questions, as they came up, quickly. When the buyer wanted the house we sold to him cleaned AFTER a walk through, Julie offered to help us clean the house. (We hired someone to do the cleaning.) While we were in the process of moving out, the one box I forgot to tape, broke and refrigerator food crashed onto the driveway. Without anyone asking, Julie not only helped us to clean it up, but offered us a box for the undamaged food. Julie has a vast amount of knowledge that was helpful when viewing homes. Plus, she is a lot of fun! Even after closing she has answered a couple of questions about our new home!
