I originally contacted Scott about a townhouse that he had listed for sale, as we did not yet have a buyer's agent. My husband and I were just beginning our search and very unsure of our plans to make a purchase in Buena Vista. We started out with the intent to find a condominium or townhouse to use as a secondary home. Scott spent hours with us, showing us properties and following up to answer our many questions. Then, we changed our minds and wanted to investigate the possibility of purchasing a lot that we could build on in the future. With sincere interest for our benefit, Scott readily changed course with us. He truly went above and beyond to help us with details and questions to ultimately help us find a property that we felt was the very best for us. Real Estate isn't an easy business because often hours are spent working on details that may not result in returned income. Scott clearly has made the choice that he is in the business of helping people and is by far the best agent we have every worked with.

Scott is excellent to work with. This is our second time working with Scott to both purchase and sell our home. Our most recent experience just wrapped up with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. All throughout the process Scott kept everything on track and made the process go smoothly. He negotiated excellently on both the sale and purchase. We have already told Scott that should we decide in the future to sell, hell be the one to get the call.
