8z Real Estate

Kelly is amazing! Kelly helped me buy a condo close to CU Boulder in 2024. As a buyer living in a different state, communication and responsiveness were key. She was very proactive and organized, had great insight on the many neighborhoods and real estate trends within Boulder, and provided a large amount of background on the potential properties and CMAs. I flew in to check out some of the properties she had selected within my budget, plus some of the lower and higher end to be able to compare. She was patient, as it took a few months to find the right place. I ended up not seeing the condo in person before buying it because of my schedule, but Kelly took care of everything, including sending extra pictures. The negotiation phase was as good as I could have hoped, and Kelly and her team guided me through the closing process swiftly. 2 years later, I decided to sell that condo, contacted Kelly again, and it flew off the shelves with a nice price bump! Similar seamless experience as a seller. Everything done remotely, including the closing. Hands down the best real estate agent I've worked with, and I couldn't recommend her enough to others.

Working with Kelly was a dream! We did a large reno together. I was out-of-state and she was FAN-TASTIC as boots on the ground, meeting with contractors, following everything up, solving the as-expected little emergencies that come up quickly. She is super organized. I learned lots of things from her I'll take to future projects. She has a great aesthetic sense, and the "design" was fun. She was great to work with: flexible but not afraid to push on me with "realtor knowledge" when I needed it. Increase in sale price near-doubled our investment in the property, which was a fixer, surfaces and systems. I absolutely could NOT have done this without her.

Kelly and 8Z Real Estate gave us the best first time home buying experience we could have ever asked for!! Kelly has extensive experience and knowledge and was always able to answer any questions we had. She was very proactive and really took the time to explain the process giving further detail when needed or requested along the way. We highly recommend both Kelly and 8Z and hope to work with them again in the future! We feel so lucky to have found her!

Kelly and her team at 8z Real Estate are an absolute powerhouse. As a first-time homebuyer, I knew the process would be overwhelming, but Kelly guided me through every step with confidence, patience, and care. She truly left no stone unturned and went to bat for us at every stage of the process. Kelly and her team were exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful from start to finish. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and manageable, and I always felt informed and supported along the way. Whether you are buying, selling, or simply trying to navigate your next move in the market, I cannot recommend Kelly and her team highly enough. They go above and beyond in every sense. 10/10 recommend!

Kelly helped my husband and I find our first home together and made it such an incredible experience in 2022. Kelly also helped us sell our condo and in this challenging 2025 market as a seller it was so great to have such an experienced and knowledgeable realtor by our side. We closed on our condo and Kelly and her team made it so seamless and easy. We can't wait to work with Kelly again in the future. She and the 8z team are fantastic!
