Kelly is amazing! Kelly helped me buy a condo close to CU Boulder in 2024. As a buyer living in a different state, communication and responsiveness were key. She was very proactive and organized, had great insight on the many neighborhoods and real estate trends within Boulder, and provided a large amount of background on the potential properties and CMAs. I flew in to check out some of the properties she had selected within my budget, plus some of the lower and higher end to be able to compare. She was patient, as it took a few months to find the right place. I ended up not seeing the condo in person before buying it because of my schedule, but Kelly took care of everything, including sending extra pictures. The negotiation phase was as good as I could have hoped, and Kelly and her team guided me through the closing process swiftly. 2 years later, I decided to sell that condo, contacted Kelly again, and it flew off the shelves with a nice price bump! Similar seamless experience as a seller. Everything done remotely, including the closing. Hands down the best real estate agent I've worked with, and I couldn't recommend her enough to others.
