Buying our first home was such an exciting experience, but it was also pretty intimidatingaEUR"especially since we were moving from the east coast and had never lived out West before. We first met Jacob at a coffee shop, where we got to know him and learn more about the area. From that first conversation, we felt like we were in good hands. He was always punctual, responsive, professional, and just genuinely great to work with. He communicated with everyone involved and helped make the entire process feel as smooth and stress-free as possible. What we appreciate even more is that Jacobs support didnt end when we closed on our home. He still checks in to see how were doing and has connected us with trusted people for projects around the house, from mounting our TV to landscaping. That kind of care and follow-through really says a lot about who he is. We truly couldnt be happier with our experience. Jacob made one of the biggest decisions of our lives feel exciting instead of overwhelming and we always felt like he had our best interests at heart.
