If you are looking to buy or sell, look no further! Melissa explained every step during the sale of our house and made herself available whenever we had questions. She has a true passion for real estate and will work hard for you to help meet your goals. Melissas knowledge of real estate and the the local community took a lot of stress out of moving. I highly recommend Melissa for your real estate needs!

The market has been difficult the last couple of years and finding a home has become very tough. Melissa worked extremely hard to help my wife and I find out first home. Whether if it was dealing with us flip flopping on wanting to buy a new build or something already built, she just rolled with it. She also stayed on top of newly listed homes that fit our criteria so we could submit an offer. We are certainly glad we had Melissa to help us through the process.

Melissa was very helpful from the beginning of the selling process. She went above and beyond assisting me with all things needed to sell my home. Her communication was awesome and I was listed and sold in less than 30 days. I would definitely recommend her services.

My husband and I relocated from California to Colorado. We moved in the middle of a very competitive housing market. Melissa was always reachable and ready to answer any questions in a timely manner. She was able to find us a new built and we were moved in within two months. She even drove to the house and gave us personal updates. We were first time home buyers and she was extremely helpful and trustworthy. Thank you, Melissa, for helping our family purchase our first home. We will definitely contact Melissa for future real state needs. We highly recommend her services.
