Christy is awesome and very knowledgeable about Greensboro and very helpful findings us a house. She went above and beyond helping us find the perfect home for us.

We had the pleasure of working with Christy Kahl to find our new home in Greensboro. We connected with her over zillow but had seen her name as a top agent for recently sold homes in our area. When we first spoke with her, it was clear that she was attentive, experienced, and thoughtful, and she exceeded our expectations from showings to closing. Despite our tricky schedules being from out of town, Christy was always available and flexible. Her attention to detail and organization ensured that we were prepared for each stage of the process, and we were so grateful to have her guidance as we navigated the home buying process. We highly recommend working with Christy!

Christy was immensely helpful as I bought my first house. She was great in helping me understand all the steps this took and my parents (who have bought many houses) spoke very highly of her. She was happy to talk after hours without any issue and even meet outside normal hours without any pushback. She works extremely hard to help her clients and I highly recommend her.

Christy was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and patient with us as we learned the ins and outs of purchasing real estate in NC. She made the entire process seamless and constantly looked out for our best interest while negotiating with the sellers. Her ability to multitask the many facets of contracts, negotiations and deadlines was both impressive and appreciated. We would highly recommend Christy as a trustworthy partner in your home search.

It was a delight to work with Cristina for our investment property needs and desires. She was able to inform and guide us to a successful purchase and were appreciative for her expert knowledge, stellar communication, and diligence in helping us navigate our purchase. I would definitely work with Christina again if I was buying or selling a home or investment property.
