Ashton was great to work with! From day 1 he was there helping and answering all of our questions. He promised to do alot of showings and he did! We had our house sold in one week!!! He is very professional, knowledgeable and very good with people! I highly recommend him!!

Ashton was absolutely excellent to work with. He was patient, helpful, and at no time did we feel pressured to list our house until we were ready. We highly recommend using him for any housing needs in Sioux Falls, SD.

Ashton made this process easy and stress free! Anytime I had a question he was able to answer it. He was very honest and up front with me about things as well. Lastly, he referred me to a lender that was also made this process incredibly easy! I am very grateful that Aston was my realtor.

Hands down an amazing realtor. He knows so much about location, remodeling, updating, price, and negotiation that he really leaves nothing up to you. He takes care of it all without a complaint and is the most helpful realtor Ive came in contact with. He helped us with negotiating a counter offer and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and more! He was so fast and efficient and truly worked with us and our alternating schedules.

Ashton was always attentive and hardworking. He took care of things that realtors dont necessarily need to take care of to make our sale/buy go smoothly. He worked through all of our challenges and handled everything very professionally.
