30A Coastal Life LLC

Jim was wonderful to work with! He listened to what we needed, guided us through every step, and made the process easy. His communication was clear and we always felt we were in good hands. We?re grateful for his help and highly recommend him!

I couldn?t have asked for a better agent to help me purchase my home. Jim hung in there with me until I was able to find the perfect home. He went above and beyond helping me make the transition from another state.

We worked with Jim for 2+ years while looking for a house on 30A. Since we were out of state buyers, we counted heavily on his expertise of the local market. When we finally found the house we liked, Jim was crucial to getting the deal done. Since this was happening during a travel restriction, there were many things that needed to get done that we couldnt do. Jim was able to go to the property while it was being inspected and allowed us to virtually attend. He also helped keep things going as things got complicated with our closing. He was always a phone call away and kept us abreast of any upcoming issues or deadlines. I would highly recommend Jim Loznicka.

Friendly. Works hard and sold the property in less than a week. He is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend jim. Jim was very friendly and helpful even before he helped us in Realestate.

Jim is an absolute Professional in every sense of the word. He was organized and efficient with our showings, timely with answers to all of our questions, thorough in his research and knowledge, and hands on with us through the closing process. If you are looking to buy or sell property on the gulf coast, I could not recommend Jim more highly!
