1st Class Real Estate SD North

In July 2015 I sold a beautiful 3,400 square foot Santa Barbara ranch house in Escondido through Mike Winter. He was the most professional real estate person with whom I have dealt. He took very attractive photos, presented the house in the best light, and negotiated honestly and diligently, and sold my property within three weeks, for very close to my asking price. I highly recommend Mike for his honesty, efficiency, and commitment to me, his customer. If you have a property to sell, you cant find a real estate professional who will work harder or smarter for you, than Mike.

We knew Michael Winter as a trusted friend so choosing him to be our realtor was easy. Michael outperformed our expectations. We enlisted him early in the process when we were only mulling over the idea of selling. His advice was well thought out and he made sure to take the time to explain and make sure we understood the reason(s). Mike?s good nature has developed a deep reservoir of contractors to upgrade and present your home, everything from replacing your floors to a drone flyby to show your home?s top value. We were out of state during the selling/closing process and trusted Mike to take care of all the details. Highly recommend him and all the people and services he brings to the table.

Mike could not have provided better service! We sold our home due to an out-of-state job relocation and our stress levels at leaving our home state were already high. Add to that the stress of selling a home we loved and it could have been a horrible experience. Mike held our hands through the entire process and was a calming force. He was knowledgeable, professional, caring, and most of all honest. We really did feel that he was on our side and protecting our interests. From fantastic pictures to great marketing, he was on point! We ended up selling for top dollar and even after we closed escrow, Mike helped us with a few issues that came up. He was very accessible throughout the process of selling and even after close of escrow. We do not hesitate to recommend Mike!

We used Michael to sell our home back in November 2015 and before finding him I did my research. And me being a Investigator and former Real Estate Agent I was very picky. My Husband and I were so extremely pleased with the whole process that we have told our friends, and would absolutely use him again in buying or selling a home. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a trusted honest Real Estate Agent who is a expert in the business!! Mr.& Mrs. Johnson

Michael did an excellent job of selling my home. The home was a rental property and that brought its own series of complications. Michael was able to masterfully navigate through the difficulties of dealing with the tenant and the property manager. Even though the property was in Temecula, Michael gave me the same level of dedication he provided his San Diego area clients. Michael answered all of my questions in a timely manner and kept me informed along the way. I plan on using Michael to purchase a home in the future and I would highly recommend his services.
