1st Class Real Estate Elevate

Sarah was awesome always on time and very knowledgeable about properties, location and taxes. I would recommend Sarah and will contact her if I need to make another home purchase.

Sarah was WONDERFUL! Being in the military and moving to a new area you are unfamiliar with can be super stressful however, she was always able to answer any and all questions when trying to find us a place. She was always quick to respond and we felt she really did an outstanding job. 10/10 recommend.

Sarah provided critical expertise when it came to discussing location. We were especially thankful because drive time to work was important for us and as we sent her homes, she broke down drive times during different periods of the day. Because of her expertise of the Jacksonville and surrounding areas, she gave crucial insight into developing areas that would ensure a proper ROI when we get ready to sell! My wife and I enjoyed every second of working with her!

Sarah was extremely helpful with getting our house sold. She was especially helpful as we were dealing with a kitchen remodel and a military move in the middle of trying to sell our house. She coordinated with the construction company and the countertop company to get the rest of the remodel completed.
