Troy did a very good job helping me and my family buy our first home, his responsiveness is top tier, any questions I had if he didn't have the answer he would most definitely find the answer and soon, his tentative to my needs went beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect the level of professionalism and follow-through we expected. Several commitments made during the transaction were not completed, and attempts to communicate about unresolved issues after closing went unanswered. Real estate transactions rely heavily on trust, communication, and following through on commitments, and that was not our experience. Prospective clients should be aware that our experience included unresolved commitments and limited communication after the sale.

Troy did an amazing job when we bought our land. He answered any questions we had went out of his way to help us. We will be selling our house in the future and we will definitely use Troy again. When we decide to build he will be our go to guy. I would recommend him to anybody.
