I have been looking at property in Florida. Melissa has proven to be very helpful and responsive. Typically, Melissa knows the answers to my questions, but it she doesn't, she researches it and gets back to me promptly with the answer. Melissa always performs professionally and keeps me informed of properties I might be interested in. I know I can trust her.

Melissa Carbonell Group and Real Broker in Ft. Lauderdale Florida are amazing and everything you want in a realtor ! From start to finish everything is done with a professional and friendly manner . I also appreciate the non stressful and cool approach even if hurdles arise . I am glad I chose Melissa and her team to buy and rent our property in Ft.Lauderdale Florida ! Thanks Melissa Marty Godwin

I had a disappointing experience with this agent. Although her responses were quick, they were dismissive and at times even offensive, showing little effort to negotiate or consult with the property owner. I was fully prepared to submit an application for the apartment immediately, but I was met with inflexibility and a lack of professionalism. I hope that future tenants and property owners take this into consideration when choosing representation. A good agent should facilitateaEUR"not blockaEUR"the successful completion of agreements. Making a judgment based on a single question and responding with, quote, "It doesn't sound like you're the right fit for this property" is unprofessional and unfair.

Melissa is an outstanding real estate agent. Her marketing practices are second to none -out of all the condos for sale in South Florida right now, she sold MINE! She has excellent negotiation skills and will advocate for you! - Melissa is very responsive and will notify you of anything that happens during the sales process. She is very knowledgeable, with up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations, and will ensure that all the documentation is in place to make the transaction happen! She is fun to work with, has strong ethics, and whether you are the Buyer or the Seller, I would definitely recommend her to represent you!

Melissa diligently and professionally handled the listing and sale of my unit in much less time than I anticipated at the time I listed it. Her experience and knowledge of the market enabled the quick sale and through her negotiating skills I realized more than I had expected on the final sales price. I highly recommend Melissa for your real estate needs.
