Keller Williams Three Bridges

Heather is the top in her field. Outstanding service, knowledge, and motivation to get your house sold with ease. Always a smile on her face, she is easily the best realtor I have ever experienced. Can not recommend enough!

Debra did a fantastic job! She listed the house, had it priced right and sold it right away! She kept us informed every step of the way and was there at settlement with us.

Calling Debbie an excellent real estate is an understatement. My wife and I decided to sell our home in February 2020. Just as we were preparing to list our home, the COVID-19 pandemic hit. My wife and I were unsure how to proceed. We were really anxious to sell our home, but we wanted to do as safely as possible. This is where Debbie's expertise came in handy. The first thing she did was setup a virtual tour so that interested individuals could see and get a sense of our home. Next, she implemented a strategy to ensure that only serious pre-qualified buyers would have access to visit and walk through the property. Lastly, she provided gloves, masks and hand sanitizer to agents and buyers to use when they visited and walked through. That action alone gave my wife and I a sense of security that we needed to proceed with the listing. Our home was on the market for approximately 3 weeks before we received a full price offer. Our house sold in the middle of a pandemic and it's only because of Debbie's expertise. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Tracey was great with helping us sell our house to move out of state! It was our first time selling and Tracey made the process so fast and easy! She's very responsive and answered all of our questions. When we first met Tracey it was like family could talk to her very easy. She very knowledgably in the real estate market! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell! Teresa and Kevin Wommack
