This review is coming from the perspective of a buyer. This is, by far, the easiest five-star review I've ever given. Andrew has to be one of the best in the business. From the moment you meet him, you'll feel like you're old friends. Andrew's experience in this industry is apparent. He is able to work through your needs, wants, expectations, and apprehensions to find you the perfect home. He is very knowledgeable about Indianapolis and the surrounding neighborhoods, from their history to their expected development. His overall experience has also given him insight into the things to look for when touring a potential home that may be red flags or something that needs to be addressed on the initial offer. I wouldn't have wanted to go through the process of buying our first home, especially in the current market, without Andrew in our corner. He gave us the confidence and advice we needed to make an attractive offer that ultimately landed us our current home. Andrew will also go to bat for you. He's very protective of his clients and is not afraid to make a call if he feels like you're not being treated fairly by someone involved in the overall process. Andrew is a very personable guy. He takes his work very seriously and does everything he can to assist his clients. My wife and I are very happy to call him a friend and neighbor. We are now clients for life. If you're looking to buy a house in the Indianapolis area, Andrew is your guy.

Andrew is an amazing, professional realtor. He met and EXCEEDED all of my husband and my expectations. We were buying from out of state, moving to the Indianapolis area from Wisconsin, which we were nervous about finding someone knowledgeable in the IN market and communication since we were not local. Not only was Andrew knowledgeable, his communication was outstanding, constantly checking in with us and providing us advice and guidance. We planned two weekend trips down to Indy, both were pretty last minute. We worked with Andrew to send our lists of houses. He was extremely organized and created an itinerary for our showings. He provided guidance but was careful not to sway us. The things we liked most about Andrew was his sense of urgency, attention to detail, constant communication, and just overall helpfulness. For example, He helped us submit a fencing proposal to the HOA. He also stood in for us when we couldnt make it to the inspection, scheduled a follow up debrief and went through everything with us. I cant say enough good things about Andrew. I would highly recommend!!!
