Latter & Blum Inc/Realtors

Hey, I already reviewed Jared!~

I was selling a difficult, very specific property. Which agent should I enlist? My youngest son suggested I pick "the agent who had the most sales under his belt". Past performance predicts future success, he said. Not always but it's a good place to begin the search. I saw online that ;person was Jared, and I have not regretted picking him. Jared worked hard, he understood, he communicated well to all concerned. And yes, the buyers bought.

Jared was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure the purchase went very smooth. I would recommend jared to any home buyer or seller.

To be honest, we would not have made it without Jared. My wife and I were not familiar with the area at all, and Jared not only found us a great home but showed us the city as well. He took a genuine interest in finding us the perfect home for our family and worked tirelessly until we were happy. Jared helped us through the whole process and made sure that we settled into our new home with no issues. His knowledge of the market and every detail of Thibodaux was very impressive. When buying or selling a house I would look no further than Jared Gros. Richie Riley

Jared is the top person to deal with in the City of Thibodaux when it comes to real estate. He was patient as he showed my wife and I numerous properties till we settled on the perfect one.
