AVENEW REALTY

Nic knew exactly what my fiancA(C)e and I were looking for and he found the perfect house for us. He truly cared about our needs, met deadlines, and was always readily available for questions. As first time homebuyers we had plenty of questions, and Nic made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. Id highly recommend Nic to any interested buyers, especially first time buyers who want someone highly motivated but also with tons of local expertise. We loved Nic and wish him the best !!

Nick was awesome! We are not local to Florida so we had no idea of the area or what to expect. He was key in helping locate properties which fit our needs. He is excellent at communication and always quick to help and answer questions. He made buying our Florida condo as easy as possible. Highly recommend!

I cant recommend Nicholas enough. He was not only incredibly kind, but also extremely knowledgeable, competent, and timely throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, and we definitely ran into some challenges along the way, but he went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. He was always available, proactive, and truly had my best interests at heart. On top of that, the thoughtful gesture of gifting me a bottle of wine and roses at the end meant so much. If youre looking for someone who genuinely cares and will do everything possible to help you buy your home, hes the one.

I recently closed on my new warehouse, and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Nicholas. He was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire transaction, always on top of every detail and making sure everything went smoothly. There were several bumps in the road with the loan process, but thanks to Nicholas and the way he works, he was able to navigate every issue and ultimately save the deal. He explained everything clearly, never stopped working on my behalf, and truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional real estate agent.

Working with Jolly was a completely pleasure, we had a very hard sale to accomplish and managed with lots of patience and guidance from her broker Andres from One Way. Highly recommend and wish to keep doing business with her!
