Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel

Kevin was amazing to work with in selling my property. He was always available to answer a question or help when I needed it. He gave great resources to support needs as they came up. I always trusted his judgement and it meant the world to have such a champion in the industry behind us.

Kevin is by far the best realtor weve ever worked with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home. He cares for his clients! He went above and beyond for us!

Keven did a great job from the start. The pictures were great, the video drone shot was awesome. He kept his promise and held the open house in a snow storm. The first couple through the house actually bought the house. So if you are looking for an agent that is determined. Call Kevin!

Kevin helped me out when I first moved to Michigan. I was living in Missouri and needing to relocate. He helped me find a house remotely in a very crazy housing market by doing video walkthroughs. He was familiar with the areas which helped me because I wasn't all that familiar with good/bad areas. I would recommend Kevin because he was experienced and knowledgeable.

We have worked with Kevin many times - both on the buying side and as sellers. Kevin is always on top of everything going on, very responsive when we have any questions and a pleasure to work with! From before the listing, to showings - all the way to closing, he is professional and obviously very invested in each property he handles.
