On a whim, we had Bennett show us a listing that I had seen pop up on Facebook and less than 24 hours later we were there, telling him we wanted to make an offer on our dream property. We needed to list and sell our house ASAP due to our offer being accepted not 2 days later. Bennett made the process of buying the new house AND selling ours (within a month!) SO easy!
