We hired Rachael to help us find our new home in the DFW area. We started our search for an agent by speaking with several and reading online reviews - Rachael quickly stood out. It was clear that she valued our business. Her communications were prompt and professional. We also liked that she was a top performer at her firm. Our experience with Rachael was positive from the start. Early on she helped us understand the DFW real estate market in depth - everything from the school systems to the local amenities. We spent a couple of days with her touring homes and probably looked at a total of ~25 properties. On all our tours, Rachael was very observant and pointed many things out to us that we would have missed otherwise (signs of settling for example). Many agents won't point out issues with properties to their clients because they are so focused on getting their client to purchase so that they can receive their commission - NOT the case with Rachael. It was very clear that she was putting our interests first. She also only showed us homes that met our criteria. On top of that, she carefully listened to our feedback on each tour and constantly tweaked her list of homes to visit based on that feedback. It was a very efficient and pleasant process. The final home that Rachael showed us was the winner. We fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in. She helped us quickly submit an offer to get it off the market. She also provided helpful advice on comparable home values and terms of our offer. We ended up having our offer accepted! Throughout the closing process Rachael was always available - even after hours and on weekends. She also helped guide us through the financing process and introduced us to other necessary parties. Closing happened on time and without any hiccups. Funny enough, maybe the most impressive thing that Rachael did for us happened after closing. Three weeks after closing we found out that the seller had removed a critical $5K+ piece of AV equipment during move out. Rachael immediately got in touch with the sellers agent and stayed on top of the situation until the equipment was returned. In addition to this example, she also spent several hours helping us find a top performing RE agent in Houston to help us sell our old home. In conclusion, Rachael exceeded every expectation. She will go above and beyond for you. She has an incredible knowledge of the local RE market and is a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate in the DFW area
