Home Pros Real Estate Group

I had a great experience working with John Pena and Alejandro Sosa. They both were incredibly helpful, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer who had just moved to El Paso, I really appreciated how supportive and reassuring he was. From start to finish, he was thorough, professional, communicative, and personable, which made the experience feel comfortable. I love my new home! I highly recommend John for your home-buying needs!

John PeA+-a sold our house in El Paso and honestly he did way more than we expected. He always got back to us fast. There were a few points where we had no idea how things were going to shake out and he kept us level about it. And he knew somebody for everything. Needed photos, he had a guy. Plumbing issue, he had a guy. The part that got us was after wed already moved out. He went back over to the house on his own and pulled all the weeds and filled the pool. His wife came with him and swept up all the El Paso sand off the floors. We didnt ask him to do that. He just did it. A lot of agents list your house and thats about it. John isnt one of them.

We used John & Alex as a buyer's agent and liked him so much that we used him again when we needed to sell the same house for a move. I would highly recommend him and his team.

We had an excellent experience working with John Pena. He helped our family sell my grandmothers home, and we truly couldnt have asked for better guidance throughout the process. Even though my grandmother had passed a few years prior, there were still some complexities with the title, and John navigated everything with incredible knowledge, patience, and professionalism. He made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming situation feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. On top of that, he sold the house in just one day, which really speaks to his expertise and understanding of the market. Were so grateful for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and dedication. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a realtor who is not only effective, but also genuinely committed to taking care of his clients.
