I'm with Foundation Mortgage, one of the largest mortgage brokers by volume in the state of Tennessee. I do both purchases and refinances VA / FHA / conventional . And I love!love!love! USDA loans and try for them whenever possible. But I get most excited about investor products - DSCR, apartment complexes, fix and flip loans, ground-up spec construction... and I can do the tricky stuff - 1099-only loans, bank statements, land only... bring. it. on.
