We are a military family moving to Virginia from Japan. Jeff has your back and helps you every step of the way and that's something you just can't put a price on. Due to our 13 hour time difference we were always texting after business hours and he never failed to take the time out for a phone call or a quick text to answer our questions. The process for the mortgage was smooth, with everything being managed by the company well ahead of time to make all the deadlines. A solid 5 out of 5 stars for the whole experience.
