This is going to be long- How was it working with Elizabeth you ask? Let me tell you! We started working with Elizabeth about two years ago, now we have known her for a long time and we my husband and I decided it was time to start looking for a house and apply for a loan. Elizabeth was our go to girl! She had given us a few tasks for us to do before we even discussed a loan. She wanted to make sure we were in good standing with our credit and credit usage, making sure our debt to ratio was at a certain amount along with correcting anything that looked off or wonky with the bank bureaus. And this took time, but we never not stayed in contact. She would make sure to email or text my husband and I every month or so to check in. Now it was not an easy task, and there was a lot of dedication on both parts, Two years flew by so quickly, by November 2022, we had already started the process. We were also first time homebuyers. We just needed to finish up a few loose ends. January came along and boom that’s when it all started to move even faster. Elizabeth guided us, taught us. She dedicated her time and energy to us. When there was something that I did not understand I was able to email her or text her anytime of the day and I got a response in a short amount of time. When I say Elizabeth lives and breathes for her clients I am not joking. The attention to detail she provides is beyond anything I have ever experienced. When we hit April, we had finally did it, we had gotten the approval we had been looking for and did not have to put any money down. We found a home right away and Elizabeth along with her team made the home into a reality. I will forever be grateful for Elizabeth.
