Where to start- Billy is the best! To say our situation was complex is an understatement, but Billy worked with us to figure out how we could make our dream home a reality (in a matter of days). I lost count of how many times he ran numbers and scenarios with us or patiently explained something for the 100th time. I’m sure Billy has several clients at any given time, but you wouldn’t know it. He is responsive, attentive, available and committed. This was our second home purchase and our experience was night and day. We did not work with Billy for our first home purchase and, despite it being a pretty average loan, the underwriting process was so painfully tedious! Our second experience was much more complex given what we were trying to achieve, but Billy made sure it was organized and helped clarify information with the underwriters when our loan was in jeopardy. I should also mentioned that, in addition to being amazing at what he does, Billy is genuine and wants the best for his clients. Every time we talked to him (and it was A LOT- sorry Billy) it felt like we were chatting with a friend. We closed about a month ago, but he has reached out a couple times to see how things are and make sure we know he is still available should any questions come up. We are settling into our dream home now and so grateful to Billy and his team.

Five friends and I made a pact a year ago to buy a house together. After looking for 8 months, we found a promising house and discovered that the mortgage broker we were using had not been giving us enough information to move on the house. We immediately started looking for a new lender and were referred to Billy. He was amazing. From the patience of arranging an initial in person meeting with 6 people to making sure that we could fax, snail mail, electronic sign, text at 7pm, or call four times in a row so he would pick up his cell phone, Billy and his team were everything I could have hoped for in helping us navigate a large tenants in common house purchase. He was available to us through four months of searching and when the perfect house appeared, he and his team held our hand the whole way and now we have our dream house with a loan that works for us. I could not have been more pleased to go through this process with Billy and his team. They have an amazing can do attitude that is backed up by research and open mindedness. I hope I never have to buy another house, but if we ever need to, or if we refinance or have other loan needs, we will definitely be going back to Billy.
