I simply can’t say enough nice things about Diane and her team. I engaged Diane to sell my mother’s home and found her to be the consummate professional: Sensitive to a delicate situation with my mother, beyond helpful in preparing the house for sale and aggressive in selling the property. The plan she developed showed a knowledge of both the market and the target demographic (55+). At our first meeting, she took out a calendar and wrote out a detailed day by day schedule from my mother moving out to settlement. She then offered to provide whatever resources I needed to prepare the house for sale. We went to settlement ahead of schedule with a selling price substantially above asking. Whenever I had a question or needed a help, Diane and her team were on top of it Choosing Diane was one of the best business decisions I ever made.
