She was able to help us asked Due Diligence fee and all the expenses back - Total $4,600!! Seller ended up paying for Inspection fee, termite fee, HVAC inspection fee, Structural Engineer Fee, and Appraisal fee when we are backing out of the contract! This deal she helped us negotiated $17,500 below the list price and $6,200 seller credit towards closing costs. On top of that the appraisal comes in $30,000 over our offer price! That is instant equity for us! We can not be more happy with her and will definitely refer her to all my friends!
