Zina was excellent to work with. She knew a lot about the Atlanta area and showed us many options before we picked out the condo we purchased. Zina worked with us through the selling of our home and the purchase of a new home. The home we were selling didn't garner the value we were looking for, so Zina suggested that we rent it out until the market turns. She worked quickly to find us great tenants, then 18 mos. later worked hard with us in selling the property. Through it all she gave us guidance on every step along the way. Zina was very helpful in selling our house. We contacted her about 60 days prior to listing to find out her thoughts and what we should do to get it ready to sale. Her suggestions and ideas were spot on. She has a good sense for decorating and staging the home to be pleasing to the eye. Once we listed the house she stayed in contact with us and walked us through every step of the process. Her patience and knowledge was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
