ZillowVERIFIED It was an absolute pleasure to work with Zelda on the purchase of our first home. She was committed to helping us the aEUR~right house for our recently expanded family (2 adults, newborn twins, extra room for grandparents, and space for the pups). I suppose we could have made an offer on any house but finding the aEUR~right house proved to be an adventure! Zelda was balanced in her approach, professional, listened to our needs, and level set expectations. I really value her experience and appreciate all the guidance she provided through the process. She gave us the confidence we were in great hands and with a little bit of patience the home would find us. Through the process, Zelda was detailed, carefully reviewed all the homes (including disclosures), and neighborhoods ahead of our home tours. On one occasion (or two ??), Zelda also did the bonus work of reminding us of what our goals were (its easy to get overwhelmed with a home search aEUR" balancing two young babies and work!). I cannot say enough about how grateful our family is to Zelda and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home in a heartbeat. We kind of miss our home tours....

ZillowVERIFIED I've bought 4 homes and sold 2 previously, so I've met quite a few agents and I rate Zelda undoubtedly on top among of them. The most impressive is her responsiveness. If a meeting is set up she arrives first.She discusses client needs and tries hard to accommodate them, having in mind not just the current home that is under consideration, but a larger picture. She is very good in design and tries to help her clients to arrange a house according to their desires. In addition, she wrote a book about selling a house and I find this book very helpful.She certainly enjoys working in real estate and it shows.

Zelda is extremely conscientious, patient, hard working and trust worthy. I will provide 2 examples: (1) one house we seriously considered buying had a strange pipe sticking out of it's foundation. Based on this pipe, Zelda went to the town hall on her own accord and pulled records to make sure an old oil tank had been removed from the property and disposed of properly. (2) I have a very spirited, energetic 5 year old son. He even locked himself in a bathroom during an open house! Zelda was always warm and accommodating with him. She would surprise him with games, books and small gifts. I highly recommend Zelda, and I would certainly use her services again.

Zelda managed to negotiate a fantastic deal for us on our dream condo. She got us everything we wanted, made suggestions for what was reasonable to ask for, and really went to bat for us against any resistance. She kept us motivated even through a complex financial situation that threatened the deal and brought everyone to the table as tempers flared. Zelda's calm, reassuring demeanor belies a fierce dedication to the needs of her clients. ZillowVERIFIED Zelda is an excellent listener and was able to identify the kinds of properties that would please both my husband and me, who have different tastes. She knew about the school districts, the taxes, the personalities of the towns we considered due to existing locations of work, family. She was gentle but firm in pointing out significant flaws in a house that had gotten us excited. Whenever walking through a property, she would visualize possibilities (e.g. "if it were me, I would have taken down this wall and created a kitchen bar") and that helped us to visualize them as well. She willingly interrupted her Sunday afternoon plans to write an offer on a property whose open house we had visited on our own early in the process; and then she was extraordinarily understanding and patient when we changed our minds overnight. Even with the craziness of the real estate market this spring/summer (2013), Zelda was able to exude a calmness that helped us a great deal. When we finally saw a property that very nearly matched our ideal, she encouraged us to make an offer immediately and advised us wisely about the offer to make and how to negotiate the initial agreement and subsequent to the inspection. She also connected us with a contractor whom she trusts (and who worked on her own home) in order to make some cosmetic changes that we never would have imagined. We are so grateful to be moving this summer to the town we wanted to a home that will be so nice for our family!
