She was committed to helping us the aEUR~right house for our recently expanded family (2 adults, newborn twins, extra room for grandparents, and space for the pups). I suppose we could have made an offer on any house but finding the aEUR~right house proved to be an adventure! Zelda was balanced in her approach, professional, listened to our needs, and level set expectations. I really value her experience and appreciate all the guidance she provided through the process. She gave us the confidence we were in great hands and with a little bit of patience the home would find us. Through the process, Zelda was detailed, carefully reviewed all the homes (including disclosures), and neighborhoods ahead of our home tours. On one occasion (or two ??), Zelda also did the bonus work of reminding us of what our goals were (its easy to get overwhelmed with a home search aEUR" balancing two young babies and work!). I cannot say enough about how grateful our family is to Zelda and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home in a heartbeat. We kind of miss our home tours....

ZillowVERIFIEDI've bought 4 homes and sold 2 previously, so I've met quite a few agents and I rate Zelda undoubtedly on top among of them. The most impressive is her responsiveness. If a meeting is set up she arrives first.She discusses client needs and tries hard to accommodate them, having in mind not just the current home that is under consideration, but a larger picture. She is very good in design and tries to help her clients to arrange a house according to their desires. In addition, she wrote a book about selling a house and I find this book very helpful.She certainly enjoys working in real estate and it shows.
