A good agent is not afraid of hard questions. It is important for you to be making informed decisions with good counsel.

I recently worked with a single older woman in her 70s. She had never owned a home before, her parents never owned a home, and she never dreamed it was possible for her to own a home. When we closed she was in tears and kept saying, "I finally have something to leave my daughter. My family has a home." It is amazing to be part of enabling homeownership for those who never thought it was possible.

I had been a pastor for 12 years and it was time move on. I loved to teach, I had passion to help, and a daughter who was my first priority. My daughter has gone with me to work every day since she was six weeks old. Real Estate tapped into my passions and skillsets while allowing me to have the flexible schedule necessary to put my daughter first. You might even meet her at the office.
