ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Zeb was great. He helped us navigate through our tricky assumption loan. It took five months (not normal), but he stayed patient, clear, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to him and Randi, we made it through and my wife and I were able to buy our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb worked with my wife and I for almost a year while we pursued our home and other options, and now with his help we've closed! He's made himself available at any time of day, he's extremely knowledgeable and was ready to answer any questions we had. He provided amazing communication between the seller and their realtors, our lenders, the title company, etc. which was a lifesaver! Truly could not have done it without him, and Zeb made an already stressful and frustrating process seem smooth and easy to understand. Thanks to Zeb and the Summit team, we're the proud new owners of our dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb Mabie and his team at Summit Realty are hands down the best real estate company we've ever worked with. They went the extra mile to ensure a smooth process, and every interaction was friendly and professional. He and his team are knowledgeable about the business, the area, and the unique considerations for property in Alaska. If you are looking to purchase or sell property in Alaska call Zeb!

ZillowVERIFIED We used Summit Realty when we moved to AK in 2021. Without physically being able to see the house, they took care of everything, which made our move so much easier. Now with selling the house, Zeb and his team got it sold fast and made the process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Zeb and assistant Tracy, they were both professional and kind, selling a house in winter months of Alaska isn't ideal but they assured and made the transition painless and enjoyable.

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb worked with me diligently and patiently for over a year to find the right property in a tough market. He never pressured me and always provided sound advice. I worked briefly with 3 other realtors in the Fairbanks area prior to connecting with Zeb, and Zeb is the only one whose judgment I trusted as much as my own when it came to assessing various attributes and flaws in the multitude of properties that we looked at. His service was always prompt, professional, and competent. Zebs approach towards negotiations was always reasonable and he always took the time to discuss multiple options with me. Many thanks to Zeb and the team at Summit Realty.

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb and his team did a great job helping us find our new home. His knowledge of the area and builders was evident and very helpful. He and his team always responded quickly and attentively throughout, and they were always transparent throughout the process. They were able to give us great peace of mind as to the quality of our home during our purchasing process as it was done sight unseen. Highly recommend Zeb for any military families moving to the area (to include those considering a VA loan assumption).

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb and Tracy and the rest of the team were fantastic to work with. They were super responsive anytime we had a question or concern. Often we would get a reply within just a couple of hours or less. We really felt like they were representing our best interests. They were very kind and friendly throughout the process and never made us feel like we were bothering them when we had a question. And we had a lot of questions! Thank you, Zeb and team!

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb and his crew were great. They are knowledgeable, responsive, understanding, sympathetic (when one needs it), smart, friendly, and they represented us well from beginning to end. We were selling our 40-year home, so it was a bit emotional. But they were supportive and handled the business end expertly. What a relief to not have to worry...

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Zeb to buy a house in the Fairbanks area. We are first time homebuyers in Alaska and were offsite during the transaction, which was a challenge! Zeb was super helpful during the entire process and was able to give advice on neighborhoods, home values, and even pointers on lenders. Our first offer was accepted! Communication was outstanding. While house hunting offsite, Zeb and his team were able to walk us through open houses, either in real time or in a recorded video, which was critical. Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb was amazing to work with! He walked through our home journey for over a year. He was patient in making sure we didn't settle, he was honest when he saw things that might be problematic and brought them to our attention, and he made sure our best interest was always in the forefront. When he was out of town he had other agents able and willing to step in for showings/offers/etc. Zeb and his team are top notch. We can't wait until our old house is ready to list so that we can work with him and his team again.

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb and his team, specifically Randi and Linda, are great! We had a long, drawn out buying process due to COVID-19, and they kept up informed of what was happening every step of the way. Zeb met with us to look at multiple houses and never made us feel pressured or like we were being a nuisance for being picky. We were looking a lot in the summer, and if Zeb was going to be out of town he made sure we knew who to call should a house pop up that we wanted to view. He had our back at every turn. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience. Talked me through the whole process. We listed and in one day had 5 full price offers and one cash offer. Took the cash but buyer backed out. Did all the repairs that was recommended raised the price and in one day had a 1000$ over asking price. Just closed and it all worked out great.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Zeb and Summit Realty by a co-worker when I was looking to sell my house. Zeb came to my house in the spring to do a walkthrough to make some recommendations on what to fix and update, and what not to do, he then did a market analysis and market value. In October, knowing the market wasn't great, I met with Zeb and we came up with a plan to put the house on the market. Randi was put in contact with me and walked me through all the administrative items. Zeb put up his signs and the house sold 3 days before being officially on the market. Both Zeb and Randi were very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Zeb and Summit Realty Group for anyone looking to buy or sell in Fairbanks.

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb, Randi, Linda and the rest of the Summit Realty Group Team provided us with excellent service during our recent home search. They showed us countless properties, and when none of them fit the bill perfectly, continued to patiently work with us to refine our search and look for new options. We ended up buying a house that they knew would be coming up for sale and bought it without it hitting the market when it was nearly exactly what we wanted. The group was attentive, quick to respond and thought outside the box to put us in a home that fit our needs. We will use them again when the need arises.

ZillowVERIFIED Zeb really knows the market in Fairbanks. He knows what kind of offers will attract buyers, and he was not afraid to negotiate for me. He gave me his thoughts and advice on properties we looked at, and it was great advise. He has bought homes and has flipped homes, so he knows what he is talking about. He also emailed me homes, and the homes were the homes I was looking for; whereas, other realtors would take a aEURoeshotgunaEUR? approach and send junk. He is highly respected in this industry, and it likely makes the other realtors shake when they see his name. Zeb does not mess around and puts the clients needs first.
